Which sub-action to perform on JsonConfig:

status: Shows JsonConfig configuration.
reset: Clears configurations from cache. Requires $1title parameter and jsonconfig-reset right.
reload: Reloads and caches configurations from config store. Requires $1title parameter and jsonconfig-reset right.
